Principle 9 Real Estate was established by Sharda following a decade of experience im the north west Sydney market.
Sharda has built a reputation of staying true to her word and striving for results which she has committed to. She is a self-motivated, confident and result driven individual who progressively works towards expanding her reach throughout Sydney West and Hills district.
Having lived and worked locally for over 10 years, which had bred an innate knowledge of the local property market , she inspired confidence and reassurance amoungst her clients.

After working in both the North West residential market for 4 years and spending a year diving into the the world of acreage, Shiv now calls Principle 9 Home. On his off time, Shiv loves to spend his time on fitness and health, as well as participating in local community events In The Hills where he has spent majority of his years growing up in.
